•    Deposits - £20 non-refundable deposit required on all bookings
•    Cancellations - Full cost of booking due if cancelled within 24 hours of date of arrival
•    Check In/Out - Bedrooms are available from 5pm (day of arrival) and must be vacated by 12pm (day of departure)
•    Payment - We accept payment by cash and credit or debit cards with the exception of American Express
•    Smoking Policy – Smoking is permitted in our large Beer Garden, although not permitted inside the premises
•    Extras - Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, extra pillows, a good book can be provided on request
•    Breakfast – Full English breakfast or toast and cereals served with orange juice and a choice of hot drinks
