Directions

The Ship Inn is situated just off the A48 in the Village of Newnham (Newnham on Severn), 12 miles south of Gloucester, 16 miles north east of Chepstow.

From Gloucester
•    Take the A40 (signposted Ross, Chepstow)
•    At Highnam Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A48 (signposted Chepstow)
•    Continue forward onto the A48, through Minsterworth, Chaxhill, Westbury-on-Severn, Broadoak
•    Enter Newnham and continue up the hill
•    At the clock tower (on the right) enter the service road and continue up hill
•    The Ship is located on the right

From Cheptow
•    Take the A48 (signposted Lydney, Gloucester)
•    Continue on the A48 , through Stroat, Alvington, Aylburton, Blakeney
•    Enter Newnham and pass the Victoria Hotel on the left
•    After the zebra crossing turn left into the service road and the Ship is located on the left
