These are just some of the nice things people have said about the Ship... "Now we are back in Jersey, just a quick e-mail to say how much we enjoyed our very brief stay at The Ship. We had a fabulous time and were well and truly looked after like royalty by your staff. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and the food amazing. We had such a good weekend. We really made the most of the local area and on Saturday we had lunch at the Ship, then explored the Village and then went cycling in the forest (we were very helpfully given directions by one of your regulars!!). Then, wow, what a meal on Saturday night! We then visited Ancre Hill vineyard in Monmouth on Sunday and then went to the show in Westbury to while away the afternoon. We didn't realise it was the quiz night on Sunday, but we had a go and came not-ashamed 3rd out of 4!. Thanks again for your hospitality and the opportunity to win such a fantastic prize.
